The arms and legs of your baby are in proportion this week. Their movements are now coordinated, hence, you will feel them kicking or moving around in your womb from time to time. Also, your baby’s liver and spleen are now working hard in producing blood cells. Now their bone marrow is also big and developed enough to help in that process.
Another good thing about this week is that your baby is now taking small amounts of amniotic fluid. That’s just amazing, right?
Size Of The Baby
Your baby is getting big and it is getting big fast! In week 20 pregnancy, your baby was small like a mango, but this week, your baby is now around 10.5 inches and is around 11 to 12 ounces heavy. This is the same size of a large banana!
See, that’s how fast they grow!
21 Weeks Pregnant In Months?
If you are 21 weeks pregnant, you are already in the 5th month of your pregnancy. This means that there are only 4 months left before that little fella gets into this world and help you have a great night. Sometimes those nights could be sleepless because they want to play with you!
Because of better brain and muscle coordination, your baby will start to move more. You will feel your baby’s kicks and punches from time to time. The reason behind this is the more control over limbs your baby have at this week.
